酵母多糖对赤眼鳟非特异性免疫机能的影响

【摘要】 分别给赤眼鳟投喂 4种不同酵母多糖含量的饲料 (w (酵母多糖 )分别为 0、 0 2 %、 0 5 %、 0 8% ) 36d。并在第 12、 2 4和 36天检测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能 ,和第 36天检测血清中补体C3水平。结果表明 :饲料添加了 0 5 %和 0 8%酵母多糖的饲料能显著提高鱼类SOD酶活性、溶菌酶活性、补体C3水平、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能 ,而添加了 0 2 %的酵母多糖饲料只能显著提高溶菌酶活性。

【Abstract】 The effects of including yeast glucan in the diet on Squaliobarbus curriculus nonspecific immune response were investigated. The fish were fed four different diets for 36 days: a commercial diet as control and the same diet supplemented with 0 2%, 0 5%, 0 8% yeast glucan. After 12,24 and 36 days, the activity of SOD, Lysozyme levels, the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes, the immune function of erythrocytic were investigated. After 36 days, complement C3 levels were also investigated .The results showed that 0 5%,0 8% yeast glucan enhanced all the investigated immune response significantly and 0 2% enhanced Lysozyme levels only.
