新型Ni(acac)2/TiCl4/L配体复合催化剂催化乙烯聚合制备支化聚乙烯的研究
Studies on TiCl4/Ni(acac)2/L Supported Complex Catalysts for Ethylene Polymerization to Produce Branched Polyethylene
【摘要】 制备了以MgCl2 -SiO2 为载体 ,以α_二亚胺配体L修饰的Ni (acac) 2 TiCl4复合催化剂 ,以R2 AlCl和R3Al为助催化剂 ,研究了催化剂的组成配比以及各种聚合条件对乙烯聚合反应的影响及其表观聚合动力学 ,并用IR、1 3 CNMR对聚合产物进行了结构分析和支化度的测定。结果表明 ,Ni (acac) 2 TiCl4 L配体复合催化剂有良好的齐聚和原位共聚性能 ,催化单一乙烯聚合获得了支化聚乙烯 ,其中配体L2 制得支化度为 4~ 12支链数 10 0 0C的支化聚乙烯。
【Abstract】 TiCl 4/Ni(acac) 2/L complex catalysts were prepared. The effec ts of the modifier L(α-diimine), the content of the components in the cat aly sts and different polymerization conditions on ethylene homopolymerization with R 2AlCl and R 3Al as cocatalysts and their apparent polymerization kinetics we re studied. The prepared products were characterized by IR and 13C NMR . The results indicated that the complex catalysts have the performance of oligo merization and %in situ% copolymerization for ethylene homopolymerization to p roduce branched PE. L 2 was in favor of enhancing branching deg ree, leading to prepared products with 4~12 branches/1000C and various kinds of branches.
