【Abstract】 Frequency domain dielectric spectra of pure and La doped PWO 4 crystals have be en measured from room temperature to 150 ℃.Both dielectric relaxations of the two sa mples are non-Debye. Two and three order structures related to defects and impurities make dielectric spectroscopy change along with the thermal dynamical history of the given sample.更多还原
