有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液性能的研究
The Latex of Polycrylate Modified by Organosilicon
【摘要】 通过含乙烯基官能团的有机硅单体与丙烯酸酯单体进行乳液聚合制得了硅丙乳液。研究了软硬单体配比对涂膜性能的影响以及功能单体HEMA用量对涂膜交联度的影响。实验表明,软硬单体的最佳配比为m(MMA):m(BA)=51:48;用IR及DSC对产物的结构进行了表征;并对产物的粒径大小及分布情况、耐水性、耐热老化性能进行了测试,结果表明:在丙烯酸树脂链上引入有机硅单体制得的硅丙乳液可明显提高涂膜的耐水性,耐热老化性能,是一种具有优异性能的外墙涂料。
【Abstract】 The latex of polyacrylate modified by organosilicon was synthesized. The amount of HEMA and the ratio of MMA/BA on film properties were studied. The results of IR and DSC showed that the product had the expectant structure. Measurement results by TGA, transmission electron microscope and the absorptivity of water indicated that the silicone-acrylate latex was feasible as exterior wall coating.
