【摘要】 20世纪末 ,日本在教育领域开始建立独立的国立大学法人。目前 ,日本国立大学正在迎来行政法人化改革的关键时期。法人化改革的基本目标是建立具有丰富个性和国际竞争力的教育机构。国立大学法人化改革的主要目的就是将过去属于国家机构的国立大学改为自主经营的法人机构 ,法人化后的国立大学主要制度包括 :实现大学法人化 ,确保自主运营机制 ,国立大学独立法人可以对外投资 ,可以接受外来资金 ;在实现法人化以后 ,国立大学具有独立的法人地位、人事管理等方面的管制 ,建立“非公务员型”的弹性人事体制 ;强化大学的自主权 ,增大大学的责任等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan started its structural reforms at the end of the 20th century. The national universities reform is a part of the structural reforms in the educational field of Japan. The main task of the national universities is to make the national universities become organization of state to separate and to set up a legal person system.
