【摘要】 在广州市劳动人口的职业获得中,本人教育程度对获取最初职业具有决定性的作用,而现职获得则是教育程度和初职共同作用的结果,其中初职起了主要作用。先赋性因素和制度性因素也对职业获得起一定的作用。教育获得受父亲的教育程度影响最大,是家庭文化资本传承的表现。研究验证和补充了国外相关的研究模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the model of the primary and current occupation attainment. The educational degree is the decisive factor that affects the primary occupation attainment, while the current occupation attainment is influenced mostly by educational degree and the primary occupation. And the ascribed and institutional factors also have obvious effects. But an individual’s educational attainment is strongly influenced by his or her father’s educational degree, which is called the representation of domestic cultural inheritance.
