人工养殖施氏鲟和小体鲟精浆微量元素分析

【摘要】 采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了施氏鲟(Acipenserschrenckii)和小体鲟(Acipenserruthenus)的精浆中7种微量元素(K、Na、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn)的含量。施氏鲟分别取自宜昌和荆州,小体鲟取自宜昌。分析结果显示,不同种类和产地的鲟精浆中微量元素含量有差异,其中2条不同产地施氏鲟精浆Zn含量有显著性差异(P<0.05);施氏鲟和小体鲟精浆Na、K含量与我国主要淡水养殖鱼类有很大差异,在2种鲟精浆中Na与K浓度之比为10~14。

【Abstract】 The Acipenser schrenckii individuals were collected from Jingzhou and Yichang, respectively, and the A.ruthenus individuals were from Yichang. All the samples were 4+ years old. Using LHRH-A2 as the pitocin, the sperm was obtained 12 h after the treatment of injection. The analysis results show that K concentrations in the seminal plasma of A.ruthenus from Jingzhou and Yichang are (63.07±11.08) μg/mL and (115.19±60.91) μg/mL, respectively, and Na concentrations are (919.10±22.15) μg/mL and (871.25±34.37) μg/mL, Mg (12.37±o.35) μg/mL and (10.38±4.22) μg/mL, Zn(0.51±0.06) μg/mL and (1.14±0.12) μg/mL. And for A.ruthenus, the concentrations of K, Na, Mg and Zn in the seminal plasma are (79.08±37.7) μg/mL, (1 111.50±66.14) μg/mL, (8.24±0.47) μg/mL and (1.06±0.03) μg/mL, respectively. In all the individuals, Fe, Cu and Mn are undetectable. The same species of A.schrenckii from two different areas has significant difference (P<0.05) in Zn concentration. Compared with some main species of freshwater fishes in China (in terms of seminal plasma), the concentrations of Na and K are much different in the sturgeons that the concentration ratio of Na to K in the sturgeons is 10-14 but in the freshwater fishes, K concentration is much higher than Na concentration.
