泡沫铝预制品制备工艺的研究

【摘要】 粉末实体发泡法泡沫铝制备工艺包括混合、压制和发泡三个过程。本文对其压制工艺进行了详细研究。试验表明压制温度和压力是压制工艺的两个最重要的工艺参数,同时升温与加压可以保证得到具有气密结构的预制品。根据正交试验,得到试验条件下的压制工艺参数:压力约为130Mp-150Mp,压制温度为400℃-450℃

【Abstract】 Powder compact foaming process for producing aluminum foams consists of mixing, compacting and foaming. This paper investigated the compacting process in detail. The results show that the pressure、the temperature are the key parameters and it is sure that the gas-tight semi-finished product was obtained by practicing pressure and raising temperature simultaneously. Based on orthogonal experiments the value of pressure (130 MPa-150 MPa) and temperature(400℃-450℃) were obtained under the condition of experiments
