改性锰钢锤头的研制
Development of Hummer Head Using Modified High-manganese Steel
【摘要】 研究采用Cr,VTi合金化及FeSiRe变质处理改性高锰钢,可将其初始硬度提高到HB350。采用CO2硬化水玻璃砂无箱立浇串铸工艺,设计工艺工装,批量生产获得优质健全的锤头产品。
【Abstract】 The origina hardness of modified highmanganese steel can reach HB350.by using Cr,V,Ti alloying and FeSiRe modification.The sound and perfect hummer head call barch process by using vertical and string casting technology or CO2 harden sodium silicate sand.The tcchnological equipment was designed.
