【摘要】 综述了涂层强度的常用测试方法,比较了这些方法的优缺点,指出了应用时应注意的问题。研究了涂层强度冲砂测试法的特点,提出了改进措施,以冲击用砂量与涂层被冲掉的质量之比表征涂层强度,提高了测试结果的合理性和可比性。给出了详细测试方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of coating strength measure in common use were summarized and their good qualities and shortcomings were compared. The method of coating strength measure by sand lash was studied. The rationality and comparability of the measure results was enhanced by using ratio of the weight of sand used to lash coating to the weight of coating loosed after sand lash to calculate coating strength.
