【摘要】 目的　探讨生物素 -亲和素酶联免疫吸附试验 (ABC -ELISA)在肠螨病诊断中的应用价值。方法　采集 4 8例肠螨病患者血清 ,用ABC -ELISA法检测血清中螨特异性抗体IgG ,并与葡萄球菌A -蛋白酶联免疫吸附试验 (SPA -ELISA)进行比较。结果　用ABC -ELISA法和SPA -ELISA法检测 4 8例肠螨病患者血清中的螨特异性抗体IgG阳性率分别为89 5 8% (43/ 4 8)和 5 6 2 5 % (2 7/ 4 8) ,两者比较 ,差异具显著性 (χ2 =13 5 0 ,P <0 0 1)。结论　ABC -ELISA法是实验室诊断肠螨病的一种有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the value of Avidin Biotin system enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ABC ELISA) in diagnosis of intestinal acariasis Methods A total of 48 patients with intestinal acariasis were involved in this study ABC ELISA was used to detect the mite specific IgG in serum of the patients,which was compared with SPA ELISA Results The positive rates of the mite specific IgG detected with ABC ELISA and SPA ELISA were 89 58% (43/48) and 56 25% (27/48) respectively The positive rate with ABC ELISA was statistically higher than those with SPA ELISA (χ 2=13 50,P<0 01) Conclusion ABC ELISA is an effective method for diagnosis of intestinal acariasis更多还原
