【摘要】 目的　研究鼠疫菌外膜蛋白与其所携带的质粒之间是否存在相关性。方法　用终浓度为 10mg/ml的氯霉素2 8℃下杀死鼠疫菌后 ,采用Trion - 2 0 0改进法进行外膜蛋白的提取。以 4 %积层胶、12 %分离胶行十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶 (SDS -PAGE)电泳。根据低分子量标准蛋白和被试菌株的泳距作相关分析 ,得出各 6条蛋白带的相对分子量。结果　缺失 6MD质粒且PstI的菌株 ,在 32kD和 39k这两条外膜蛋白带处含量较少 ,其它质粒变异株未发现特殊。结论　 6MD质粒缺失且PstI的鼠疫菌株外膜蛋白谱与标准 14 1株相比有明显不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the relationship between outer membrane proteins and plasmids of Yersinia pestis.Methods Being killed by 10mg/ml chloromycetin on 28℃,the outer membrane proteins of .pestis was picked up by Trion 200 improved method.And SDA PAGE electrophoresis was taken.Analysed the relativity with the distances of lower molecular weight standard protein and tested strains,obtained the comparative molecular weight of each protein band.Result The strains which expressed PstI and lacked 6MD plasmid,there were a few contents at the site of 32kD and 39kD bands.The others couldn’t be found special.Conclution The strains which expressed PstI - and lacked 6MD plasmid is different from the standard strain 141.更多还原
