用酶免疫法检测牛结核分枝杆菌的IgG抗体
Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent assay for detection of bovine IgG antibody to Mycobacterium tuberculosis
【摘要】 目的 建立一种酶免疫法检测牛血清中牛结核分枝杆菌的IgG抗体。方法 从牛结核分枝杆菌中分离牛结核菌糖脂抗原 ,并固相在聚苯乙烯微量反应板上 ,将抗牛IgG单克隆抗体标记在辣根过氧化物酶。 结果 皮肤试验阳性 46头牛中 ,酶标阳性 30头牛。皮肤试验阴性 750头牛中 ,酶标阴性为 70 7头牛。结论 本法可作为皮肤试验的辅助试验
【Abstract】 Aim To develope an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of antibodies to Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the sera of cattle Methods Lipopolysaccharides was isolated from Mycobacterium tuberculosis,bovine and coated an polystyrene microcuvette wells Monoclonal antibody to bovine IgG was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase Results 30 of 46 cattle with positive PPD intradermal test were positive by the ELISA 707 of 750 cattle with negative PPD intradernal test were negative by the ELISA Conclusion This assay is easy and rapid,can be used as an auxiliary test for intradermal test
