斑点金免疫渗滤法检测肺吸虫抗体的评价

【摘要】 目的 为寻求简便、可靠的方法 ,用于诊断肺吸虫感染。方法 采用肺吸虫成虫可溶性抗原 ,金标记兔抗人IgG显色 ,建立检测肺吸虫抗体的DIGFA。用该法检测痰检肺吸虫虫卵阳性血清 82份 ,其他各类血清 2 0 1份 ,并与ELISA平行对照。结果 两法检测肺吸虫抗体的敏感性分别达 98 8% (81/ 82 )和 97 6 % (80 / 82 ) ;特异性 92 % (185 / 2 0 1)和 93% (187/2 0 1) ;youden’s指数为 0 90 8和 0 90 6。两法差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 实验提示DIGFA的各项检测指标与ELISA相近 ,而且无需特殊设备 ,且快速、简便 ,适合临床查病和血清流行病学调查。

【Abstract】 Aim To develope a simple and reliable assay for diagnosis of paragonimus infection Methods Using paragonimus adult worm soluble antigen and anti human IgG labelled with colloidal gold as color developing agent,and a dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA) 82 sera from paragonimiasis patients who were positive in sputum egg examination,201 sera from other various subjects were tested by DIGFA and ELISA was used as parallel control Results The sensitivities of DIGFA and ELISA were 98 8% (81/82) and 97 6% (80/82),specificities were 92% (185/201) and 93% (187/201) respectively The youden’s index was 0 908 with DIGFA and 0 906 with ELISA There was no significant difference between two assays (P>0 05) Conclusion It suggests that the DIGFA is as sensitive and specific as the ELISA,and has the advantage of simplicity and without specific equipment,which is fitful to clinical diagnosis and epidemiological investigation
