随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术用于青海田鼠鼠疫菌株亲缘性的研究
Research of random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) in Yersinia pestis from Microtus fucus
【摘要】 目的 对青海省称多县境内和四川省石渠县境内青海田鼠体内分离的 32株鼠疫耶尔森氏菌的基因进行分析 ,明确两地鼠疫耶尔森氏菌间的亲缘关系。方法 用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术。结果 扩增产物在凝胶电泳上显示的条带 ,除 7株菌略有不同外 ,其余 2 5株均相同。TreeView[Win32 ]统计软件分析的结果也显示两地鼠疫耶尔森氏菌之间具有很近的亲缘关系。结论 青海省称多县和四川省石渠县青海田鼠体内分离到的鼠疫耶尔森氏菌在遗传学上属同一来源。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the 32 Y pestis strains that isolated from Microtus fucus in Chengduo County,Qinghai Province and Shiqu County,Sichuan Province,in order to know the relationship in these strains Methods Using the application of random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) Results Amplified products by gel electrophoresis method showed stripes of 25 strains were same,but 7 strains had little difference Analysis results by Treeview soft showed that these strains from the two places had close relationship Conclusion All the strains isolated from the two places are belonged to a same origin according to genetics
