【Abstract】 Based on the facts of the historical development of science and technology, this article puts forward to divide science and technology into the five historical forms of ancient technology, modern science, contemporary technology, contemporary science and present technology. It expounds the facts, dividing lines in epoch, features and developmental modes of these forms, discusses their philosophical and cultural essence and determinants.
