【摘要】 目的 :探讨眼轮匝肌蒂的颞区皮瓣修复鼻部软组织缺损的方法和效果。方法 :自 1998年始 ,应用以眼轮匝肌为蒂的颞区皮瓣修复鼻部皮肤软组织缺损 18例 ,包括鼻翼缺损、鼻尖缺损、鼻基底细胞癌及放射治疗后皮肤溃烂等。结果 :术后 18例皮瓣均完全成活 ,随访 3月～ 1年 ,效果良好 ,术后供皮瓣区瘢痕不显、无明显畸形。结论 :眼轮匝肌是一个多元供血的肌肉 ,以该肌眶部为蒂的颞区皮瓣是修复鼻部缺损特别是鼻端缺损的一种良好方法 ,但对于较大面积缺损供皮区缝合困难时应慎用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study thc methods and effects of the nasal soft tissue defects repaired by the temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle.Methods: From 1998,18 cases of nasal soft tissue defect were repaired using the temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle, including alar defect, nasal tip defect, basal cell carcinoma on the nasal area and the skin ulcer after radiations.Results: All the skin flaps survived after operation. The results were satisfactory and no marked deformity or scar formation in the donor site was found after 3-month to 1-year follow up. Conclusion: It is a proper method to repair the nasal soft tissue defects using the temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle blood supply.However, it should be cautious in the repair of the large nasal defects with difficult suturing on the donor sites.更多还原
