【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the surgical skills of establishing stable total orthotopic liver transplantation models in the rats by two cuff technique.Method:Fifty orthotopic rat liver transplantations were performed by two cuff technique.Results:The median anhepatic phase of recipients was 17 minutes. The postoperative survival rate after 24 hours was 90%, after one week 50%.Conclusion:Self-made blood vessels cuff and amendment in donor-taking and donor-tailoring skills may attribute to establishment of stable rats total orthotopic liver transplantation models.更多还原
