【摘要】 目的 :探讨张力带线缆固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 :对 81例髌骨骨折采用张力带线缆内固定。结果 :6 4例患者随访 1～ 8年 ,优良率达 90 .6 %。结论 :张力带线缆固定治疗髌骨骨折固定可靠、安全、简单、实用 ,无需二次手术取出内固定物 ,有一定的临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of tension-band thread cable internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:81 cases with patellar fracture were treated by tension-band thread cable internal fixation.Results:Among the follow-up 64 cases,from 1 to 8 years,the rate of excellent and good results was 90.6%.Conclusion:Tension-band cotton thread cable was firm,safe,simple and practical.There is no need for the patients to have the second removal of materials of internal fixation.It is advisable to use it in clinical practice.更多还原
