【摘要】 目的 :研究HGF在鼓膜修补术中促进鼓膜愈合的作用。方法 :对 5 9例长期不愈的鼓膜穿孔患者 ,于鼓膜修补术中应用肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)。结果 :经临床观察 ,用HGF后鼓膜愈合好 ,愈合时间平均约为 9天 ,未见不良反应。结论 :HGF局部应用具有促进鼓膜穿孔愈合的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of HGF in myringoplasty.Methods:Fifty-nine cases of chronic tympanic membrane(TM) perforation were treated with hepatocyte growth fator(HGF) in myringoplasty.Results:According to the clinical observation,the average healing time after myringoplasty was 9 days.Side effect was not observed.Conclusion:The result showed that HGF could improve the healing of TM perforation.更多还原
