【摘要】 目的 :研究生物反馈疗法对神经症患者的治疗效果。方法 :5 9例神经症患者被随机分为对照和实验两组 ,对照组(32例 )仅用常规神经症药物治疗 ,实验组 (2 7例 )加用生物反馈法治疗 ,两组在治疗前作Hamiltom焦虑量表 (HAMA)和症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )评定 ,治疗 1个月后再次评定HAMA和SCL - 90 ,并进行临床疗效评定。结果 :实验组治疗后焦虑状态明显下降 ,对照组下降不明显。结论 :生物反馈疗法能减轻焦虑情绪 ,对神经症患者是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of biofeedback therapy training on patients with neurosis. Methods: 59 patients with neurosis were randomly divided into two groups:control group ( n =32) received conventional medicine;study group ( n =27) received biofeedback therapy training in addition to comventional medicine.Both groups were tested twice with HAMA(Hamilton anxiety scale)and SCL-90(the self-report symptom inventory)before treatment and after one month’s treatment.And then judgment was passed on clinical therapeutic effect. Results: Anxiety state of study group decreased significantly after treatment,but anxiety state of control group had no significant change. Conclusion: Biofeedback therapy can decrease anxiety emotions in patients with neurosis.Biofeedback therapy is an effective way for patients with neurosis.更多还原
