【Abstract】 The Korean experience shows that the flourish of securities financing market is related to the demand arising from the strategic exchanges in a market with various investment products. With the development of China securities market, derivative products will inevitably arise such as index future, warrants, index futures and option. And this will in turn lead to a demand of strategic exchanges in the market and eventually margin trading and securities finance. The study of the Korean experience will provide us with some useful thoughts on the future development of China securities market.更多还原
