【摘要】 目的　探讨利用膀胱压、胃内压来间接监测腹内压的可行性 ,以便于腹腔间隔室综合征 (ACS)的诊断。方法　对 2 4例行腹腔镜胆囊摘除术 (LC)患者进行前瞻性对照研究。在行LC时 ,在腹内压为 10、15、2 0及 2 5mmHg时同时测定膀胱压和胃内压。结果　腹内压与膀胱压的回归方程为Y =-10 .193 + 1.2 2 8X ,相关系数为 0 .941;腹内压与胃内压的回归方程为Y =-7.40 8+ 1.478X ,相关系数为 0 .996。由此表明 ,腹内压与膀胱压和胃内压呈显著正相关。结论　腹内压与胃内压和膀胱压有很好的相关性 ,可以利用胃内压和膀胱压来反映实际腹内压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of measuring intra-cystic pressure and intra-gastric pressure as a reflection of intra-abdominal pressure, for the purpose of diagnosing abdominal compartment syndrome. Methods We conducted a prospective study in 22 surgical patients by directly measuring bladder, gastric and abdominal pressures simultaneously during laparoscopic cholecyslectomy. We measured intra-cystic pressure and intra-gastric pressure when the intra-abdominal pressure was 10, 15,20,25 mm Hg respectively.Results The regression equation of intra-abdominal pressure and intra-gastric was Y=-7.408+1.478X, correlation coefficient is 0.996. The regression equation of intra-abdominal pressure and intra-cystic pressure was Y=-10.193+1.228X,correlation coefficient is 0.941.Conclusion There are close correlation between intra-cystic pressure and intra-abdominal pressure, and also between intra-gastric pressure and intra-abdominal pressure. They can be used to understand the condition of intra-abdominal pressure for diagnosis of abdominal compartment syndrome.更多还原
