【摘要】 本文根据美国的经验,总结、归纳出发展新经济需具备的本质性的条件:国家宏观上的战略启动与个人分散的自由创新之间的紧密融合、发挥“合能效果”的能力、适宜的制度安排、有效的金融支撑、良好的人才生态环境。并结合实际指出,我国应在国家宏观扶持、重点发展产学研聚集区、提倡自由创业、保护知识产权、发展风险投资业、建设以人为本的文化氛围等方面作出努力,大力发展新经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores and discusses the issue from various perspectives,, and then conclude the most essential prerequisites demanded by development of New Economy, which include close integration of strategic startup at country level and individuals’ innovation, capacity to achieve synergy, appropriate institutional arrangements, efficient financial support, favorable environment for person of ability. This paper also gives enlightenment to the development of New Economy in China. It points out that efforts should be made in following aspects; country’s support, focusing on development of conglomeration of industries and academic and research circles, advocating starting business unlimitedly, protecting intellectual property, developing venture capital and create an atmosphere in which people are centered on.更多还原
