【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The antishistosome agent-water-soluble derivatives of nithiocyanmine ,were synthesized to simplify the therapy of animals infected by sehistosome. METHODS Using chenical structural modification method, the water soluble functional group was introduced to nithioeyannine, RESULIS Several water soluble derivaties were synthesized. CONCLUSIONS The derivatives of nithiocyanmine (their sodium salts) with glycine and alanine had good solubility in water.更多还原
