【摘要】 目的 筛选木香挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的最佳工艺。方法 采用木香挥发油蒸馏液直接包合、萃取挥发油包合两种方式,比较胶体磨法:搅拌法及超声波法的包合效果。结果 木香挥发油的最佳包合条件为:提取液按挥发油量与β-CD的比例为1∶8(mL∶g)直接进行包合,温度40 C,包合时间为2 h。结论 确定的木香油蒸馏液直接包合法工艺简单,包合效果好,适于医院制剂室生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the best inclusion process for Aucklandia Lappa’s volatile oil by β-cyclodex-trin. METHODS We adopted the volatile oil and the oil with saturated solution water, including high shearing mixer, colloid grinder and supersonic methods. The effect of each were analyzed and compared. RESULTS The optimal inclusion conditions for Aucklandia Lappas volatile oil were as follows: oil to β-cyclodextrin= 1 mL : 8 g , stirring for 2 hours at 40 C. CONCLUSIONS β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound can effectively preserve the active components of Aucklandia Lappas volatile oil, and the optimal inclusion process is suitable for mass production in the hospital.更多还原
