【摘要】 目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定复方多塞平乳膏中盐酸多塞平、醋酸曲安奈德含量的方法。方法色谱柱为NUCLEODUR C18,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(75:25:1,以醋酸调pH值至6.4),检测波长240 nm,采用外标法定量。结果 盐酸多塞平、醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围分别为25-400μg·mL-1(r=0.9994)和0.5～8μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),回收率分别为99.7％和99.2％,RSD分别为0.8％(n=6)和0.6％(n=6)。结论 本法简便、灵敏、准确,适于该复方制剂中两种成分同时测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To simultaneously determine doxepine hydrochloride and triamcinolone acetonide acetate acid in compound doxepine cream by RP-HPLC. METHODS The external assay was adopted with a detection wavelength of 240 nm and NUCLEODUR C18 was used. The mobile phase included methanol-water-triethylamine (75 : 25 : 1, pH 6. 4). RESULTS The linearity of doxepine hydrochloride and triamcinolone acetonide acetate were 25-400 μg · mL-1 (r= 0. 9994) and 0. 5-8 μg · mL-1 (r=0. 9999), respectively. The average recoveries (n = 6) were 99. 7% and 99. 2% with RSD 0. 8% and 0. 6% respectively.
