不同饼肥对连作黄瓜生长的影响及其机制初探

【摘要】 利用盆栽研究不同饼肥对连作条件下黄瓜幼苗生长的影响并对相应机制进行了初探。结果表明 ,芝麻饼显著促进黄瓜幼苗生长 ,而菜籽饼较高用量时 1.5% (w/w)出现生长抑制效应。按极性将芝麻饼萃取分离后得到 4个组分 ,盆栽试验表明各组分均有效促进连作条件下黄瓜的生长。进一步将组分Ⅲ进行柱层析分离得到 2 5份收集物 ,气质联机 (GC MS)分析表明 ,第十份收集物包括棕榈酸、油酸和硬脂酸 3个化合物 ,其中棕榈酸和油酸占到第十份收集物的 93 .3 %。抗菌性测定结果表明 ,油酸和棕榈酸没有明显的直接抗菌作用。水培条件下研究表明 ,油酸对盐胁迫具有显著的拮抗作用

【Abstract】 Experiments on the effect of soil amendment with rape ( Brassica chinensis L.) seed cake, cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) seed or sesame(Sesamum indicum L.) seed cake on the growth of cucumber seedlings und er continuous cropping system in greenhouse were conducted. The results indicate d that two applications of sesame seed cake ( 0.1 %, 0.5 %, w/w) increased the gro wth of cucumber but the rape oil cake showed a negative effect at the rate of 1.5 %(w/w). The sesame seed cake was separated and obtained fraction Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ a nd Ⅳ according to the polarity, and all of four fractions had a positive effect on the growth of cucumber under continuous cropping system. The fraction Ⅲ was is ola ted into 25 proportions by silicon column, and only palmitic acid, oleic acid an d octadecanoic acid were identified in proportion 10 by GC-MS which 93.3 percen t was oleic acid and palmitic acid. The oleic acid had significant positive effe ct on cucumber growth under salt stress at the level 30 mmol·L -1 and show ed slight resistance to several pathogenic fungi.
