小黑麦半矮秆突变品系CA577的诱导及其遗传分析
Inducement and Genetic Analysis of Semi-dwarf Mutant Line CA577 of Hexaploid Triticale
【摘要】 报道了60 Coγ射线诱导的小黑麦半矮秆突变品系CA5 77的平均株高变异、株高遗传性及其染色体组成的鉴定结果。CA5 77的株高为 77.8± 2 .4 6cm ,遗传分析证实该性状受不完全显性单基因控制。纯合的突变基因型Rht(CA5 77)Rht(CA5 77)在亲本的遗传背景下显现 4 5 .97%的降秆能力。CA5 77的体细胞染色体数为 2n =4 2 ,观察到6个随体染色体 ;在CA5 77及其与Beagle 82等六倍体小黑麦品种 (系 )杂种F1的减数分裂MI期染色体构型中未观察到四价体或多价体 ;C 带带型分析表明其染色体组成为AABBRR。
【Abstract】 The genetic analysis of plant height of CA577, a semi-dwarf mutant triticale line been induced with gamma ray, was conducted in present study. The mean plant height of CA577 was 77.8±2.46 cm. It was proved that the culm length in this mutant line was determined by a single partially dominant gene. The mutant genotype Rht(CA577)Rht(CA577) reduced the plant height by about 45.97% in comparison with that of the hexaploid triticale parent. Six satellite chromosomes were observed in root tip cells with chromosomes 2n=42 in CA577. Tetravalent or multivalent chromosome which was caused by translocated chromosomes was not found in MI pollen mother cells (PMC) of CA577 and F1 hybrids between CA577 and other hexaploid triticales. C-banding analysis showed that the semi-dwarf mutant triticale line CA577 has the complete-rye-genome hexaploid triticale AABBRR.
