陆地棉双隐性核不育系（ms5ms6）花药发育过程中POD活性和内源激素动态变化初探
Preliminary Study on the Changes of POD Activity and Phytohormones in Anthers of Double Recessive Genetic Sterile Line of Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.)
【摘要】 研究了陆地棉双隐性核不育系 (ms5ms6)不育株和可育株不同发育时期花药中POD活性、IAA、GA3 和ABA含量的动态变化。结果表明 ,在花药主要败育时期以前 ,不育花药与可育花药相比 ,POD活性、ABA含量明显偏高 ;IAA、GA3 含量明显偏低。不育花药中IAA、GA3 、ABA含量异常和POD活性偏高与其败育有关。
【Abstract】 POD activity and contents of IAA, GA 3 and ABA in anthers at different stages of double recessive genetic male sterile line (ms 5ms 6) were measured. Results indicated that ahead of the main abortion stage, the sterile anthers had higher POD activity and ABA content, lower IAA and GA 3 contents than the fertile anthers. Higher POD activity and abnormal contents of IAA, GA 3 and ABA may be associated with the pollen abortion.
