【摘要】 目的　了解城乡居民卫生服务需求的不同及对社区卫生服务的满意情况 ,为推动社区卫生服务在城乡的开展、社区卫生服务的健康发展提供依据。方法　典型研究杭州市下城区城市社区 ,随机抽取居民组成城市样本 ;典型研究余杭区农村社区 ,随机抽取居民组成农村样本 ,进行问卷调查。结果　城乡居民对社区卫生服务的总体情况感到满意 ;由于在文化层次、经济水平、保健意识等方面存在的差异 ,导致影响城乡居民满意情况的因素有所差异 :城市主要是保健合同 ,农村主要是两周患病情况、保健合同、就诊单位。城乡合并后影响满意情况的主因是性别、学历、两周患病情况、就诊单位、保健合同。结论　城乡社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度的影响因素存在差异 ,满意度评价是社区卫生服务的社会效益的重要质量指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the difference of people’s demand for and satisfaction with the community health service in urban and rural areas, so as to promote community health service in these areas. Method:Studying typical urban communities in Xiacheng District in downtown of Hangzhou city, and taking the residents in random to constitute urban samples; studying typical country communities in Yuhang District, and taking the residents in random to constitute country samples and carrying out questionnaire. Result:In general, samples from both urban and rural areas were satisfied with their community health service. Because of the differences in cultural background, financial conditions and health consciousness, major influential factors on their satisfaction with health service are different: in urban communities the factor is health contract citizens made with community health service station while in rural communities the factors are two-week health situation, health service station and health contract. After the merger of urban and rural areas, the influential factors are sex, educational level, two-week health situation, health service station and health contract. Conclusions:For the satisfaction with community health service, there are differences in the influential factors between urban citizens and rural residents. The satisfaction evaluation is the important indicator for social effectiveness of community health service.更多还原
