【摘要】 研究了不同激素配比对草莓优良品种美国童子一号增殖与快速生根的影响 ,试图对学院种植科技园原来的草莓增殖与生根培养基进行改进。试验结果表明 :最适宜的草莓增殖的培养基为Ms+BA 1 5mg L+NAA 0 3mg L +GA 0 2mg L ,生根培养基为 1 2Ms和 1 2Ms+IBA 0 5mg L+多效唑 0 5mg L。更多还原
