【摘要】 利用CaCl2 、GA3 以及GA3 和CaCl2 的 1∶1复合液对玉米种子进行处理 ,从发芽势、简化活力指数、干根芽重和芽长等几个方面研究了各药剂对玉米种子活力的影响 ,结果表明 :除发芽率受影响不显著外 ,其它指标均高于对照 ,并达到了显著或极显著水平 ,且发芽势和简化活力指数随浓度提高呈现先上升后下降的趋势。GA3 和Ca2 + 不表现加成作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the text,We used gibberellin CaCl 2 and the compound of gibberellin and CaCl 2 in which each counted 50 percentaye to treat Zea may L.seeds . Then we studied the effects of every treatment on the vigor of Zea mays L. seeds on germination enery, gemination percertage and simplifced vigor index, weight of dry roots and seedings and the lengths of the seedings.The resules showed that, except germination percentage, the other levels of each treatment were higher than those of the contrast. The germination energy and the simplified vigor index increased firstly and then decreased with the in crease of density. We didn’t find the effects of Ca 2+ and gibberellin were additive in the enhancement of seed vigor.更多还原
