【摘要】 运用数学方法对矮牵牛S4代13个自交系的花径、株高等9个数量性状进行了性状相关、方差及聚类分析.结果表明:营养器官、生殖器官内部以及两者之间,均有部分性状的显著相关;对于差异分析的6个性状,除株幅外,其它5个性状在其各个自交系内的差异不显著,6个性状在自交系间的差异显著;以9个性状为基础,最小距离为0.6左右,13个自交系归为2大类.更多还原

【Abstract】 The main characters of 13 selflines of Petunia hybrida in generation S4, such as flower diameter, plant height and other ornamental quantitative characters, were investigated with the mathematical methods of analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis. The results indicate that: 1) There are obvious correlations between any characters wherever they are within nutrient organs, or within reproductive organs or between them; 2) For the six traits analyzed with analysis of variance, they are not significantly different except for the plant crown among selflines and they are significantly different between selflines; 3) According to the nine traits and cluster analysis, the 13 self lines can be clustered into two groups.更多还原
