【Abstract】 Some rapid propagation systems were established for 35 new cut rose varieties. The results indicate that the better medium for primary culture is MS+BA 0.5; that the proper propagation culture medium differs according to different varieties:Ambiance’s suitable propagation culture medium is MS+BA 2.5+NAA 0.02; Jimthelanky’s is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.01; Awayland’s is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.02; Kardinal’s is MS+BA 2.0+NAA 0.02 and Samantha’s is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.01; and that the better medium for root initiation is 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 and the in vitro growth rate is variable by different varieties and different buds of the same variety.更多还原
