【摘要】 以绿霸皇万年青(Dieffenbachiaamoenacv’GreenKing’)植株的茎段、茎基和幼叶为外植体进行组织培养,发现带侧芽的茎段诱导效果最好;在MS培养基中添加6-BA2～3mg/L可促使侧芽萌发生长,降低6-BA的浓度则有助于丛生芽的诱导和增殖,其中以6-BA1 5mg/L较为合适;幼苗转入1/2MS+NAA0 2～0 5mg/L的培养基中即可生根.更多还原

【Abstract】 Tissue culture of young leaves,basal shoots and shoot segments of Dieffenbachia amoena cv. ’Green King’ were studied in present paper. Calli were induced when young leaves were cultured in basic MS medium with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L. Treatment with 2～3 mg/L BA was favorable for adventitious shoot induction of shoot segment with side buds. Lower concentration(15 mg/L) of BA was suitable for shoot proliferation. Seedlings transferred in MS medium with 02～05 mg/L NAA could root normally.更多还原
