【摘要】 超细涤纶纤维通常具有显色性低、染色牢度差、提升性较高和上染速率快等特点 ,因此适合于超细纤维染色的分散染料 ,应具有颜色强度高、染色牢度高、移染性好、提升性好、匀染性好及相容性好的特点。经过试验 ,SE型分散染料符合要求。文中介绍了pH、时间、浴比对染色性能的影响。最终确定染色工艺配方为 :消泡剂 0 .2 5 % ,匀染剂SS - 972 .5 % ,防皱剂 1% ,扩散剂NNO0 .5 % ,分散红SE -GFL 0 .0 4 % ,pH值为 5 ,染色温度为 12 5～ 130℃ ,保温 4 0min。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultra-fine polyester fiber usually possesses the characteristics of low color development,bad color fastness,high building up properties,fast dyeing rate,and so on.If the proper disperse dye is chosen,the high color strength,high color fastness,good dye mobility,good building up property,good level-dyeing property and good compatibility can be achieved.According the experimental results,the SE type disperse dye can meet the requirements.This paper introduces the influence of pH value,time and bath ratio on the dyeing effect.The derived dyeing formula is:defoaming agent 0.25%,leveling agent SS一97 2.5%,anti-creasing agent 1%,diffusion agent NNO 0.5%,disperse red SE-GFL 0.04%,pH value 5,dyeing temperature 125130C(and temperature keeping 40min.更多还原
