利用反应热处理制备纳米晶WC-10Co复合粉末
Synthesis of nano-grained WC-10Co composite powders by reaction thermal treatment technique
【摘要】 对反应热处理技术(即高能球磨+热处理)合成纳米晶WC 10Co复合粉末的工艺进行了研究.DTA和X ray衍射分析结果表明:以W,Co粉和碳黑为原料的混合物经过一定的活化处理后,碳化钨可在572℃左右形成;当温度为800~1100℃,热处理时间为15~35min时,合成的纳米碳化钨晶粒尺寸为9~42nm.反应热处理技术是合成纳米晶WC Co复合粉末的一种可行的方法.
【Abstract】 A reaction thermal treatment technique was developed for synthesizing nanograined WC10Co composite powders, and the effect of the corresponding processing parameters, such as thermal treatment temperature and time, on the phase formation and the WC grain size was investigated. DTA and XRD analysis results reveal that nanograined WC can be synthesized at about 572 ℃.The WC grain size in the synthesized composite powders varies within the range of 9-42 nm when the reaction thermal treatment temperatures and time are adjusted respectively in the range of 1535 min and in the rage of 8001 100 ℃, and the results of the present study indicate that the reaction thermal treatment is an effective technical path to fabricate nanograined WCCo powders.
