【Abstract】 This article extracts dissolvable polysaccharide from Jiruhen Agaru-8, and by using phenyl hydrate-sulfuric acid determines the content of general saccharide, dissolvable polysaccharide, non-dissolvable polysaccharide and free saccharide. The average recovery is 99.9%,RSD is 0.90%. The components of water soluble polysaccharide were identified by gas chromatography as: arabinose,xylose,Mannose,galactose,glucose in the molar ratio of 1.00:0.76:3.16:2.88:5.00.更多还原
