鼻腔支架的临床应用研究

【摘要】 目的:在鼻腔内植入金属网状支架增加鼻腔有效通气量,以解除多种原因所致的鼻塞、鼻腔狭窄症状及其相关的如鼾症等继发症状,也可以用于过敏性鼻炎、鼻腔出血的治疗。方法:在30例患者的52侧鼻腔里面使用植入器分别放置了用口腔科涂层钢丝制作的网状支架,观察评估其疗效,症状缓解后取出鼻腔支架。结果:30例患者中除1例患者因鼻中隔嵴状偏曲,1天内不能承受而取出支架外,其余患者均有不同程度的疗效(其中2例好转,27例临床治愈)。有2例一度发生鼻腔感染。结论:支架放置时间根据病情从5天到215天不等,但是最佳放置时间为30天,制作支架的钢丝直径以0.35mm为宜。鼻腔支架可以有效治疗多种原因引起的鼻塞、鼻出血(尤其是鼻腔粘膜糜烂引起的出血),对过敏性鼻炎以及鼻腔狭窄也有极好的疗效。放置过程痛苦很小,费用也很少,没有严重不良反应。

【Abstract】 Objective: Implant reticulate stainless steel stent into nasal cavity for distending, In order to treat epistaxis and nasal cavity block by chronic rhinitis or traumatic straitness.Method: Made metallic reticulate bracket stent from finish coat stainless steel string. We implant the stent into 30 patients and 52 sickness nasal cavities with homemade implanter. After observed for weeks or some longer period, We took out stents when it was cured.Result: In spite of one patient could not endure for his ridge-like second in septum.The others for 2 patients look up and 27 patients were cured. But there were 2 patients had suffered infection in their nasal cavity during stent treatment.Conclusions:The steel string as material for stent was commended selecting diameter 0.35mm.30 days was the best term for treatment.Phinal stent could be used to treat multi-reason block in nasal cavity,irritability rhinitis and rhinor-rhagia(especially for rhinal mucous membrane debaucjed) with good curative effect.This could be done for nasal traumatic strait-ness. The therapy has no serious kickback,has less pain and less charge.
