【摘要】 目的 :比较精神分裂症患者临床药物使用情况。方法 :对我院 2 79例精神分裂症住院患者三年前后临床使用抗精神病药物的种类、剂量、合并用药及疗效进行分析。结果 :发现两组间的差异有显著性意义。结论 :合并用药率 ,常用剂量及大剂量治疗率均低于以往 ;非典型抗精神病药物逐渐取代传统的典型抗精神病药物 ;其治疗作用及副作用方面亦优于经典的抗精神病药物更多还原
