【摘要】 目的 :了解常州市儿童肢体残疾的患病率及危险因素。方法 :抽查市区 5个街道 36个居委会 0 - 6岁儿童 51 0 1人 ,采用国务院批准、由全国残疾人抽样调查领导小组印发全国残疾人抽样调查五类《残疾标准》进行诊断。结果 :确诊为肢体残疾者共 1 8人 ,时点患病率为 3 53‰。结论 :常州市儿童肢体残疾的患病率与 1 987年相似 ,影响肢体残疾的主要因素为家族史、出生史和家庭儿童数等更多还原
