【摘要】 目的 :观察精神分裂症患者神经系统软体征的长期稳定性或进程。方法 :对 1997年 9月曾经进行神经系统软体征评定 ,持续住院的精神分裂症患者 5 3例再次进行神经系统软体征的评定 ,同时采用BPRS量表评定其精神症状。结果 :4年前、后两次神经系统软体征评定结果总分比较差别具有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,各因子分比较中以顶、额、枕叶改变为著 (P值分别 <0 0 1,<0 0 5 ,<0 0 5 )。结论 :精神分裂症患者神经系统软体征随病程进展呈逐渐加重趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the long term stability or progress of neurological soft signs in schizophrenia patients Methods: To evaluate the neurological soft sings of 53 cases schizophrenia patients from July,1997, and evaluated the patients which hospitalized continuously again, meanwhile,evaluated the psychological signs with BPRS Result: There is a markedly difference between the first and the second evaluation (P<0 01) and there are markedly difference among all factors point in parietal lobe frontal lobe occipital lobe respectively(P<0 01,P<0 05,P<0 05).
