【摘要】 目的了解安徽省合肥市 0～ 14岁儿童哮喘患病和诊治情况及给家庭经济、患儿本人及家人身心带来的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对安徽省合肥市中市区、西市区共 10 10 5名 (男 5 189人 ,女 4 916人 ) 0～ 14岁儿童进行调查 ,所有资料用 EPI软件输入计算机进行统计分析。结果哮喘现患率为 3.90 % ,男性儿童现患率为 4 .76 % ,女性儿童现患率为 2 .99% ,男性显著高于女性 ,男女儿童现患人数比为 1.6 8∶ 1,90 %在 5岁以前起病。结论哮喘是一种儿童常见病。大多患儿不能得到及时诊断及正确治疗。哮喘对患儿本身生活学习及家庭经济 ,家人工作带来一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence rate,diagnosis and treatment of asthma in children less than 14 years old,and its influence on domestic economy,themselves and their family members.Methods 10 105 children(male 5 819 and female 4 916)from Zhongshiqu area or Xishiqu area of Hefei were randomly selected with cluster sampling and investigated with questionnaire,all data analyzed with EPI software.Results The total incidence rate of asthma was 3 90%,the incidence rate of asthma in male-children (4 76%)was higher than in female-children (2 99%).90% of patients had asthma attacks before 5 years old.Conclusion Asthma was a common disease in children;most of them did not get timely diagnosis and suitable treatment. Asthma has certain influences on the live and study of children with asthma,domestic economy and work of their famliy members.更多还原
