【摘要】 目的探讨双生子人群血压水平、体质指数 (BMI)、空腹血糖水平和各项血脂指标 (总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 )的遗传度。方法对山东威海和浙江丽水双生子登记系统注册的双生子 ,在卵性鉴定的基础上 ,以组内相关系数法研究代谢综合征相关指标的遗传度。结果本次调查双生子共 2 6 0双 ,甘油三酯单卵和异卵双胞胎对内方差齐性检验差异无显著性 ,血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压、体质指数异卵双生子对内变异大于同卵双生子。估计遗传度 h2 分别为 ,血糖 :0 .4 7,总胆固醇 :0 .34,甘油三酯 :0 .17,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 :0 .2 6 ,收缩压 :0 .78,舒张压 :0 .6 7,体质指数 :0 .6 4。调整年龄和性别后 ,遗传度 h2 分别是 ,血糖 :0 .5 6 ,总胆固醇 :0 .37,甘油三酯 :0 .18,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 :0 .2 4 ,收缩压 :0 .96 ,舒张压 :0 .76 ,体质指数 :0 .88。结论在代谢综合征相关性状中 ,血糖、收缩压、舒张压、体质指数可能受遗传因素的影响大于环境因素 ,而总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度蛋白胆固醇受遗传影响相对较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the heritability of blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),fasting plasma glucose(GLU),and some index of plasma fat (including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C)).Methods The sample twins were collected from the twin registered system in Weihai,Shandong Province and Lishui,Zhejiang Province.After zygo identification,intraclass correlation coefficient method was performed to investigate the heritability of the relative index of the metabolic syndrome.Results 260 pair twins were investigated.The intrapair variance of triglyceride is equal in homozygous twins and dizygous twins.Homozygous twins are larger than dizygous twins at the intrapair variance of SBP,DBP,BMI,GLU,TC,and HDL C.The heritability is estimated as:GLU 0 47,TC 0 34,TG 0 17,HDL C 0 26,SBP 0 78,DBP 0 67,and BMI 0 64 After adjusted age,the heritability is:GLU 0 56,TC 0 37,TG 0 18,HDL C 0 24,SBP 0 96,DBP 0 76,and BMI 0 88.Conclusions The GLU,SBP,DBP,and BMI are more influenced by inheritance than by environment,while the TC,TG,and HD LC are less influenced by inheritance than by environment.\;更多还原
