【摘要】 目的研究不良精神因素、肝脏疾病史和肝癌家族史与肝癌的关系。方法采用病例对照方法对 4 0 0例肝癌按年龄、性别和居住地进行以全人群为基础 1∶ 1配对。结果不良精神因素、肝脏疾病史和肝癌家族史与肝癌发生均有明显作用 ,而且三个暴露因素既是作用很强的独立因素 ,亦是明显的相乘作用。结论应针对上述危险因素采取预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) with the unhealthy emotional state,hepatic disease and family history of PHC.Method A population based case control study,including 400 cases of newly diagnosed PHC and 400 controls matched with sex,age and resident area,was carried out.Result Unhealth emotinal state,hepatic disease and family history of PHC were the strong independent factors,and they also had obvious interaction.Conclusion It is necessary to take preventive measures against the risk factors mentioned above.\;更多还原
