环保型白蚁防治制剂1%氟氰苯唑微乳剂的研制及药效
Study on 1% Fluocyanobenpyrazole Microemulsion With Environmental Protection and Its Termites Control Effect
【摘要】 目的 研制一种新型的环保型白蚁制剂———微乳剂 ,并观察其对白蚁的实验室药效。方法 根据微乳技术原理 ,筛选研制灭蚁微乳剂的乳化剂和助表面活性剂。通过测定对白蚁的击倒速度 ,白蚁穿越微乳剂处理土壤的能力 ,评价微乳剂对于白蚁的药效。结果 所配制的微乳剂对于乳白蚁的击倒速度较快 ,乳白蚁不能穿越 0 .0 2 5 %、0 .0 5 %和 0 .1%氟氰苯唑微乳剂处理的土壤。结论 微乳剂少用有机溶剂 ,对环境污染小 ,有利于生产者和使用者的健康 ,是一种很好的白蚁预防剂型。预防白蚁处理土壤使用浓度为 0 .0 2 5 %~ 0 .0 5 %。
【Abstract】 Objective The issue is to study a new preparation, microemulsion formulation, and to determine its control effect on termites. Methods We screening emulsifier and aided-surface active agent accrording MET. The effect on termites was eveluated by detecting speed of knocking Coptotermes sp. down, ability of passing through poison soil with the microemulsion. Results The microemulsion knocked Coptotermes sp.down quickly,which can’t pass through poison soil with 0.002 5%, 0.05% and 0.1% fluocyanobenpyrazole microemulsion. Conclusion Microemulsion is a good termites preventive formulation beneficial to the health of makerand users for little organic solvent and little environmental pollution. Concentration of the microemulsion used in soil is 0.025%- 0.05% for termites prevention.
