【摘要】 目的　了解北温带地区早春猪舍的蚊虫构成和乙脑病毒的主要媒介三带喙库蚊的吸血和自然消长情况 ,为流行性乙型脑炎的监测和蚊虫防制提供科学依据。方法　于 2 0 0 2年 3月 1日至 5月 3 1日对上海奉贤地区陈河浜猪舍进行蚊虫调查。结果　共捕蚊 82 68只 ,经鉴定为 4属 8种 ,其中三带喙库蚊 5 95 6只 ,占总捕蚊数的 72 .0 4% ,该蚊的吸血率为 62 .83 %。三带喙库蚊 2 0 0 2年首次出现日期为 3月 11日 ,其中有经产蚊和孕卵蚊。结论　三带喙库蚊为该地猪舍的优势蚊种 ,该蚊有迁飞可能性 ,其早春自然增长速度是先缓慢后呈加速度增加 ,其季节消长与气候、环境污染变化有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the constitution of mosquitoes, the situation of sucking blood and natural change of Culex tritaeniorhynchus , major vector of Japanese encephalitis virusl, in pig house at north temperate zone in early spring ,and to provide science basis for monitoring Japanese encephalitis and preventing mosquitoes. Methods To investigate mosquitoes in early spring in pig house of Fengxian Chenhebang in Shanghai from March 1,2002 to May 31,2002. Results (1)8 268 collected mosquitoes belonged to 8 species and 4 genus.(2) 5 956 Culex tritaeniorhynchus was 72.04% of the total. The rate of sucking blood was 62.83% .(3)The first group of Culex tritaeniorhynchus appeared on March 11,2002, and there were multiparous and pregnant mosquitoes among them. Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus was superior among mosquito species in local pig house, and it is possible that Culex tritaeniorhynchus has migratory character. Natural increasing speed of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in early spring was slow at first and accelerated later, which it was related to the change of climate and environment closely.更多还原
