平顶山市1981至2001年肾综合征出血热流行动态分析

【摘要】 目的 通过对 1981~ 2 0 0 1年肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)的流行动态分析 ,以掌握其流行规律 ,制订防制策略。方法 流行病学和统计学方法。结果  1981~ 2 0 0 1年全市共发病 1881例 ,年发病率由 9.94/10万降至 2 .0 0 /10万以下 ;舞钢市发病最多 ,占全市病例总数的 68.98% ;冬季发病高峰逐渐削低至无明显季节性变化 ;以青壮年发病为主 ,15~ 64岁占总病例数的 94.15 % ,14岁以下发病构成呈上升趋势 ,男女发病之比为 4.13∶1;以农民发病为主 ,占总发病数的 78.3 1% ;疫区已由姬鼠型演变为混合型。结论 通过开展HFRS现场监测、防制知识宣传、科学灭鼠和针对性的接种HFRS灭活疫苗 ,可有效控制该病的发生和流行。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the case report of HFRS in Pingdingshan during 1981-2001 for understanding the epidemic regularity of HFRS and working out a scheme to control it. Methods Epidemiology and statistics. Results There had been 1 881 patients with HFRS in whole city during 1981- 2001.The annual incidence rate reduced from 9.94/ 10 5 to 2.00/ 10 5. There was the greatest number of patients in Wugang city, according for 68.98% of total cases of the whole city. While there had been incidence summits during early winters, there had been no clear seasonal variation later. The young people contributed the main patients, 15-64 years old cases accorded for 94.15% of total patients.There was a rising incidence trend during the children under the age of 14. The incidence ratio between men and women was 4.13 . The peasant invalid was the main part of total patients, according for 78.31% of all. The Apodemus pattern had evolved into the mixture pattern in epidemic areas. Conclusion By wiping out field surveillance of disease, propaganda of epidemic prevention, killing rate by scientific means and inoculating the inactivated vaccine, the spread of the disease can be controlled effectively.
