氧自由基和一氧化氮在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用
Role of Oxygen Free Radical and Nitric Oxideon Pathogenesis of Ulcerative Colitis
【摘要】 溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因不明,主要累及直肠、乙状结肠黏膜,甚至全结肠和回肠末端黏膜的慢性非特异性炎症,病程迁延不愈,复发率高,可诱发癌变的产生.其发病机制目前尚未清楚,从氧自由基、一氧化氮两个方面加以综述,从而为溃疡性结肠炎的治疗提供理论依据.
【Abstract】 Ulcerative colitis, setiology is unknown, involving mucosa of rectum, sigmoid, even all colon and ileal terminal mucosal chronic nonspecific inflammation. Its course lasts a long time and high relapse rate. Its pathogenesis is unknown at present. Oxygen free radical and nitric oxide are sumarized, which will afford theoretical basis for treatment of ulcerative colitis.
